The Token System is a flexible digital credit model that powers all activity within the CellPrism.ai platform. Instead of traditional subscriptions, users purchase tokens that act as credits, granting access to AI-driven tools and services on demand. This system offers freedom, scalability, and cost control for both individual creators and organizations, ensuring users pay only for the services they use.
Tokens are units of digital credit designed exclusively for use within CellPrism.ai. On the platform and in the user interface, tokens are branded and displayed as Lumens. For legal and policy purposes in this document, “Tokens” and “Lumens” mean the same thing. Lumens function as a medium of exchange between users and platform features, enabling a seamless pay as you go experience. Lumens can be redeemed across core tools, including: Image Studio (AI image creation/enhancement), Smart Chat (conversational AI and text assistance), Content Writer (marketing/creative copy), Code Assistant (code generation/optimization), Article Builder (structured long form content), Voice Studio (text to speech voiceovers), and Speech Transcriber (audio to text). Lumens are interoperable across tools and can be used in any mix that fits the user’s workflow. Lumens have no cash value, are not cryptocurrency, and cannot be withdrawn, traded, or transferred outside the platform.
Each service consumes Lumens based on task type, output length, and computational complexity. When a request is submitted, the estimated Lumen cost is shown (where applicable) and the required amount is automatically deducted in real time upon confirmation. Users can top up at any time to maintain uninterrupted access, enabling transparent, usage-based spending without unused subscriptions.
Lumens are linked to the specific CellPrism.ai account under which they were purchased or granted. They cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or gifted to other accounts or users. All balances, purchases, deductions, and expirations are recorded against the owning account to preserve system integrity and prevent misuse. Users are responsible for securing their accounts and keeping profile details accurate.
Lumen can be purchased in the dashboard via supported payment methods (e.g., credit or debit cards, digital wallets) processed by PCI DSS compliant gateways. After successful payment, Lumens are credited instantly. The minimum purchase begins at 5,000 Lumens. Prices may include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) based on billing location and are displayed before checkout.
CellPrism.ai uses transparent, volume-based pricing:
5,000 – 9,999 Lumens → €0.001 per Lumen
10,000 – 99,999 Lokens → €0.0009 per Lumen
100,000 and above → €0.0008 per Lumen
This rewards larger purchases with lower per-Lumen cost while keeping entry prices accessible.
To simplify purchasing, CellPrism.ai provides a flexible pack plus distinct named packs. All packs follow the pricing logic in Section 6.
Spark Pack (Flexible Pack) - 5,000 to 999,999 Lumens; dynamic price automatically applied from €0.001 to €0.0008 per Lumen depending on quantity.
Glow Pack - 27,500 Lumens - €25.00.
Beam Pack - 55,000 Lumens - €50.00.
Radiant Pack - 125,000 Lumens - €100.00.
Flare Pack - 250,000 Lumens - €200.00.
Lumen Pack - 375,000 Lumens - €300.00.
Prism Pack - 750,000 Lumens - €600.00.
Nova Pack - 1,000,000 Lumens - €800.00.
All Lumen purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Missing credits must be reported within 7 calendar days; incorrect deductions or failed services within 30 calendar days. Validated issues will be remedied by crediting missing Lumens or restoring equivalent access. Monetary refunds are provided only if legally required or necessary to correct a verified processing failure.
Lumens are valid for 12 months from their purchase date; each purchase has its own validity window. Users receive reminders 30 days and 7 days before expiration. Expired Lumens are automatically removed and cannot be reinstated, refunded, or transferred. Users are responsible for timely redemption.
Promotional or bonus Lumens may be issued during campaigns, loyalty, or referral programs. These may carry shorter validity (typically 30–90 days), limited applicability to specific tools, and cannot be transferred, exchanged for money, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. CellPrism.ai may adjust or revoke promotional balances in cases of misuse, fraud, or policy breach.
Users can review real-time balances and a complete transaction history (purchases, deductions, expirations, promotions) in the dashboard. Keep invoices/receipts for records. Discrepancies must be reported within 30 calendar days of discovery; delayed reporting may limit available remedies.
If a user closes their account, unused Lumens are forfeited unless otherwise required by law; users should redeem balances before closure. If CellPrism.ai terminates an account for fraud, misuse, or policy violations, Lumens may be forfeited without compensation. If service discontinuation or legal obligations require system changes, CellPrism.ai will provide reasonable notice and, where feasible, redemption options.
Lumens are not currency, deposits, investments, securities, or e-money. They have no monetary value outside CellPrism.ai and confer no ownership, profit-sharing, or voting rights. Lumen balances represent prepaid access to services and are not covered by deposit insurance or investor-compensation schemes.
CellPrism.ai employs industry-standard security (e.g., encryption, HTTPS, PCI-DSS payment processors). Users must safeguard credentials, enable two-factor authentication when available, and avoid untrusted devices or networks. CellPrism.ai is not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts, phishing, or negligent credential handling.
Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. CellPrism.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, data) arising from downtime. The maximum aggregate liability relating to Lumen purchase or use is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the affected Lumens.
To preserve fairness, CellPrism.ai monitors transactions for suspicious patterns. Lumens obtained via fraud, chargebacks, or automated exploitation may be revoked. Accounts involved in resale, redistribution, or manipulation of Lumen mechanics may be suspended or terminated. Reviews are conducted consistent with anti-fraud and data-protection standards.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) by default; other currencies may be offered at checkout with real-time conversion. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, local levies) are calculated and shown prior to payment. Users are responsible for any tax obligations arising in their jurisdiction.
Lumens are available globally except where digital-credit models or AI services are restricted by law. Users must ensure compliance with local regulations, including export and data-transfer rules.
CellPrism.ai may amend this policy to reflect pricing adjustments, new features, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days before taking effect via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Users who disagree should cease use before the effective date and may contact support regarding remaining balances.
